James Enzo Forni

James Enzo Forni is an award-winning director, producer, writer and founder of Chicago-based studio, Octane Rich Media. A film director, and storyteller, James has directed over 2,500 short films, television commercials and feature documentaries. In 2021, James directed and produced the docu-series Chicago Mob: Deadly Associates for the REELZ channel on Amazon. He has worked with prominent personalities including Michael Jordan, Lenny Kravitz, Justin Timberlake and Steven Tyler. He co-directed and produced Britney Spears’ Stages documentary with Albert Maysles in 2002 launching his career in feature documentary film. Films in development include Isi 46 the story of a Holocaust survivor turned rock photographer and Swayed a fictionalized series based on a true story about the implosion of a real estate family dynasty in 1990s Chicago. His short film Stevie Bullets was named best short documentary in over a dozen film festivals in 2024. 

As a storyteller, James has embraced a wide range of subjects over the years but they share a common ground, forging iconoclastic narratives and rebelling against the status quo: “I celebrate stories of survivors and their triumph over dark forces. I celebrate the iconoclasts who bend the system to their will to make an impact with their art. I explore with the adventurers who obliterate borders in their journeys.”

Since then, she has worked in special events and film production. Today, Mary is a visionary film producer and editor and has worked as a visual storyteller for global brands for 10 years. filmmakers, writers, and brand builders who craft authentic narratives that move people. Mary develops stories that connects and resonate for brands and foundations. She’s now working with the stellar Octane Rich Media team to bring the documentary “Silicon Prairie Dreams” to life.

John is a seasoned media and marketing executive with deep expertise in digital strategy, content production, and brand storytelling. As Founder and Managing Partner of Method Engine, a Chicago-based digital marketing agency, he leads business development and strategic growth initiatives for clients across industries.John’s career began in broadcast production with ABC Chicago, where he worked alongside Oprah Winfrey and contributed to Eye On Chicago. He went on to produce national campaigns for brands like John Deere, Burger King, AT&T, and Citibank, building a strong foundation as both an agency producer and corporate videographer. A skilled screenwriter and narrative strategist, John has led creative teams in developing branded content, executive messaging, and immersive training media. As Director of Media at Cognitive Arts, he oversaw rich media production for Fortune 100 training systems. At VSA Partners, he managed digital accounts for iconic brands including Harley-Davidson, IBM Global Services, and Land’s End.
